Yes. Although the ISA will have its own remit, barring criteria and
relevant expertise, it will consider all information against it own
criteria to see if it affects a person’s suitability to work with
children and/or vulnerable adults. That includes using information
previously found in the PoVA and PoCA lists and List 99 (a list of
people considered unsuitable for work with children, held by the
Department for Children, Schools and Families).
